Easy Crochet Maya Headband - Free Pattern

I have written a very simple headband pattern that I just had to share with you! The Maya Headband! AND it comes in two different options! A twist and a knot. The Design Here in Arkansas it doesn't get super cold but when it does it's nice to have something to cover your ears. I am not much of a hat person but I do enjoy a good headband. If you would like to purchase the PDF version of the pattern, click here:  Ravelry  or  Etsy MATERIALS: 2 Skeins of Super Bulky Yarn #6 P/15 11.5mm Crochet Hook (3) 1.5 inch Buttons Measuring Tape  Scissors  Yarn Needle  YARN NOTES: For the cowl pictured I used Lion Brand's Wool Ease Thick & Quick Super Bulky Yarn in Grey Marble. GAUGE: For this pattern it's not necessary, you can just use a tape measure to get the size you need. BRIDGETT COWL PATTERN  Row 1:  Foundation Single Crochet or chain until it measures 40 inches (101.5 cm) and SC in 2nd chain down. Row 2:  CH 2 and turn, DC (double crochet) in each stitch across Row 3:  CH 1 and turn, HDC (half double crochet) in each stitch across Repeat Rows 2 & 3 until the piece measures 10
